STAGE TWO POUND ROAD, NORTHERN PRECINCT

Due to high demand for sections in the Pound Road Northern Precinct the timeline for Stage Two has been brought forward. We now expect to commence Stage Two earthworks in late July, with roading set to begin before the end of the year. The northern precinct’s expansive sections and excellent links to State Highways  and 73 make it an ideal location for larger users who require considerable space. 
Stage Two will also include the development of the main entryways to Waterloo Business Park. These entryways on both pound Road and Waterloo Road, have been designed to create a memorable and dynamic first impression, using a combination of innovative landscape architecture and thoughtful planting. They will be dramatic in scope, including water features, walkways, sculpture and manicured gardens designed to complement the natural environment and enhance the aesthetics of the park.
